Hope Multiplied: 7,625 Christmas Gift Bags in 2026
A growing movement of compassion for every man and woman at Cook County Jail
Last year, we packed 5,000 Christmas gift bags for incarcerated men and women and 800 for correctional officers within the divisions where we ministered. Our presence at Cook County Jail continues to grow—and so has the opportunity to serve. So this year we are targeting the entire jail with the opportunity to share the good news of Jesus Christ — 5,500 bags for the incarcerated and 2,125 for sworn staff!

Plan to join volunteers from across Chicagoland as we assemble 7,625 Gift Bags for every inmate and staff member at Cook County Jail. Your presence multiplies hope and helps ensure every person receives a reminder of God’s love and the real reason for the season.
In the weeks leading up to the packing event, we’ll also offer additional volunteer opportunities—sorting supplies, writing notes of encouragement, and helping with logistics. More details will be posted soon.
